We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a front desk receptionist.
You will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, receiving mail and providing assistance to visitors.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable dealing with the public, have basic computer skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors by greeting them and giving information requested.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the proper extension.
Help to sort mail and packages.
Provide general administrative support to the department.
Perform other duties as assigned.
